UTSAV is a 4-day mega event being organised by Art of Living Foundation, under the aegis of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji. It is a workshop for youth in the age group of 18 –35 yrs which provides them with an opportunity to widen their horizon towards living a better quality of life and at the same time being instrumental in ''Making a Difference'' in their own lives and in the lives of those in their communities.
It has a fantastic combination of 'Sudarshan Kriya',Pranayama Dhyan Shivir (PDS),Yoga, Group Interactive Processes, Games, meditations and some actually rocking Satsang.
UTSAV Delhi 2008 is yet the biggest and the best of all the UTSAVs that have happened all across the world till today.
